FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions Before You Reach Out
Where are in-person sessions held?
In-person sessions take place at our Westlake Village office (600 Hampshire Rd, Suite 211). For Los Angeles matters, sessions can also be arranged at our affiliated Downtown LA AMCC location.
Do both parties need to agree to mediation before contacting you?
Not necessarily. You can reach out to us first to discuss the process. If both sides haven’t agreed yet, we can help provide neutral information explaining the benefits of mediation to the opposing party or their counsel.
How does Virtual Mediation work?
Our Guided Virtual Mediation platform allows all parties and their attorneys to join remotely from anywhere in California. It includes private, secure “caucus rooms” where David Schlueter can meet confidentially with individual sides, just like an in-person session.
